Peiner System was founded in 1978 in collaboration with a German company that designed tower cranes with a cusp, featuring the well-known cloak-shaped towers, and they were produced at the Pollena Trocchia (NA) plant. After 47 years, the Peiner System brand, thanks to a new young and dynamic team, is introducing new crane models designed to meet the latest demands of the modern market. We manufacture cranes with jibs from 25 to 75 meters, reaching free-standing heights of up to 80 meters.

A 50-year-long story It was 1973 when Armando Cipriani, a young entrepreneur from the Marche region, after experiencing the positive phase of Italy’s economic boom, decided to enter the field of tower crane manufacturing, founding “Officine meccaniche Armando Cipriani S.p.A.”. «Cranes – he used to say – are like cigarettes: once you get close to them, it’s hard to stop loving them», and it is this love that marked the beginning of the company’s history.

Our Mission is to make a difference by meeting all our customers’ needs. We have a deep understanding of those who work in the construction sector, and this is why we are committed every day to designing crane models that are safe and able to reduce time and costs, even for the most complex and demanding operations. ZES Unica 2025

Special Economic Zones (SEZs) are geographical areas in Southern Italy created to encourage investment and economic development through tax breaks, business incentives, and simplified administrative procedures. Their goal is to make the area more attractive to entrepreneurs, fostering the creation of new businesses and the strengthening of existing ones.

Transition 5.0 Tax Credit

The Transition 5.0 Tax Credit is a tax incentive for companies that invest in innovative cranes and industrial equipment capable of improving energy efficiency. The incentive covers a percentage of the investment based on the reduction in energy consumption achieved, with benefits of up to 45% for high-efficiency measures. Cumulable with other schemes, it allows significant tax savings for companies aiming to modernize and digitalize their machinery.

Tax Credit for Investments in 4.0

Companies that invest in technologically advanced capital goods, functional to digital transformation according to the “Industry 4.0” model, can benefit from a tax credit. The percentage of the credit varies based on the amount of the investment and the applicable regulations. This incentive is designed to support innovation and production efficiency for businesses.

INAIL 2025 Grant: 65% Non-Repayable Contribution

INAIL offers a non-repayable grant of up to 65% of eligible expenses, with a maximum of 130,000 euros, for companies that invest in projects aimed at improving health and safety conditions in the workplace. This includes the purchase of machinery and equipment, such as cranes and aerial platforms, that reduce the risk of accidents. The call is open to all Italian companies, including sole proprietorships, operating in various production sectors, with the exception of agriculture.

Nuova Sabatini: Incentives for the Purchase of Capital Goods

The “Nuova Sabatini” incentive supports businesses in the purchase or leasing of new machinery, plants, and equipment for production use. The financing can cover up to 100% of the investment, with a capital grant that reduces the interest on the loan itself. Eligible expenses include capital goods such as cranes, hardware, software, and digital technologies.

Tax Deductions for Building Renovation Works

Sono previste detrazioni fiscali per le spese sostenute per interventi di recupero del patrimonio edilizio, come ristrutturazioni e manutenzioni straordinarie. La percentuale di detrazione e il limite massimo di spesa variano in base alle normative vigenti al momento dell'intervento. TEMI.CAMERA.IT Tax deductions are available for expenses incurred for the recovery of building assets, such as renovations and extraordinary maintenance works. The deduction rate and the maximum eligible amount vary according to the regulations in force at the time of the intervention. These incentives are intended to encourage the redevelopment of the existing building stock.
